Jaime Jacobsen is an Emmy Award-winning filmmaker whose work explores the intersection of identity, culture, and social change. Jaime’s most recent film, Finding Traction, premiered at the Banff Mountain Film Festival and went on to screen in 26 countries around the world. It won an Emmy, four international awards, and is currently featured on Netflix and Amazon Prime. Jaime also won an Emmy Award for her work as a Field Producer on Indian Relay, which aired on PBS’ documentary series, Independent Lens, screened twice at the Smithsonian, and was scheduled for over 900 broadcasts across the U.S. Most recently Jaime was awarded a grant to co-direct The Last Artifact, which is scheduled for release in 2019.
